Due to the custom, made-to-order, and limited-edition nature of many products sold through Mallory Bechet, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using the chat embedded on our website or by emailing mallorybechet@gmail.com.
